The pizza course lasts 2 days and will take place in shifts for a maximum of 2 people at a time.
In these 2 days we will explain how to make the dough and show how to roll it out, season it and cook it.
After the theory we will move on to practice.
The first day our pizza chefs will learn how to make the dough, how to work it and then they will let it rest to let it rise for the necessary time.
On the second day they will learn how to roll out, season and cook the dough they prepared during the first lesson. Finally they will be able to taste their handmade pizza or if they prefer to take it away to share it with whoever they want.
